In this blog we highlight exercises that bring you a natural good looking jawline.

Chewing Gum

Chewing gum is helpful for your jaw muscles to be strengthen and tighten. Chewing on a daily basis  builds your square-look jawline.

There are 3 types of gums:

1) Traditional – your everyday gum. It’s easy to find in any store and chewing it on a daily basis is enough for your jaw muscles. While any chewing gum will work, it is best to choose sugar-free gum to also help promote good oral health. Chewing sugary gum all day can increase your risk of dental decay and cavities.

2) Mastic gum – while it has been used for centuries because it is considered an antioxidant and offers anti-inflammatory and antimicrobial properties.

This gum is about 10 times harder than traditional gum. It gives faster results on building strong jaw muscles.

3) Falim gum – it is similar to a mastic gum. It is cheaper than a mastic gum, and you can find it with many different flavors which are sugar free.

Tongue posture

Having correct tongue posture while your tongue is resting is important for your jawline. Your tongue needs to be on the top of your mouth while it’s resting.

The benefit is removal of your double chin. Double chin is the biggest enemy of face attractiveness, having good tongue posture is removing your double chin and expanding your jaw muscles for square-look.

Moon Kissing

This exercise is simple. Straighten your neck and look up forward forming your lips into a kiss.
